Program for the Board of Criminal Justice
Day 5: Transfer to Warsaw Central Railway Station. Departure for Krakow by train. Arrival in Krakow. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Time at leisure for an independent lunch. Walking tour of Krakow Old Town. Dinner at the local restaurant in the Old Town Market Square.
Day 6: Transfer by private coach to Oswiecim. Visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau with a guided tour. Independent lunch arrangements. Return to Krakow. Private Reception at the local restaurant provided by the Board of Criminal Justice.
Day 7: Departure by private coach for Zakopane. Cable car to Gubalowka Hill. Lunch with folklore entertainment at the local restaurant in Zakopane. Return to Krakow. Evening at leisure.
Day 8: Transfer to Krakow Airport for return flight.
Day 1: Arrival at Warsaw Airport. Welcome dinner at the local restaurant.
Day 2: Departure for the Supreme Court of Poland. Introduction to the Supreme Court of Poland. Meeting with the President of the Supreme Court of Poland in charge of Criminal Chamber. Transfer to the University of Social Sciences & Humanities. Cafeteria lunch at the University. Introduction to the Criminal Justice System in Poland. Meeting with an expert in Criminal Law – Dean of Law Department at the University of Social Sciences & Humanities. Evening at leisure.
Day 3: Visit to the Parliament with a guided tour. Talk on the Political & Parliamentary System in Poland. Lunch at the local restaurant. Visit to the Ministry of Justice. Introduction to the Ministry of Justice followed by the meeting with Undersecretary of State. Discussion on current issues in Poland. Evening at leisure.
Day 4: Panoramic guided sightseeing tour of Warsaw including walk in the Old Town. Time for lunch. Assemble at the Warsaw Bar Council. Talk by representatives of the Warsaw Bar Council. Presentation by the Dean of the Warsaw Bar Council, chair of the Advocates’ International Cooperation Committee and a member of the European Criminal Bar Association. Reception with Legal Associates at Warsaw Bar Council. Evening at leisure.
